The word ‘gaucho’

Came into existence for the first time in 1790 to describe a very rough individual, with heavy manners, that would travel alone, sometimes with a woman, having as his only baggage, a knife called ‘facon’.

The Owner and pioneer of El Gaucho in England is Luis Seygas, who is a former dancer, specialising in Tango and Argentine Folklore who as worked in Hollywood and Las Vegas, is descent of parents dedicated gastronomy.

His father Mr. Francisco Seygas was the first Professional Argentine Football Player to leave for a European Club in
